Ingredients:

2 cloves of garlic, chopped

½ onion, quartered

1 ¼ pounds corned beef brisket, cut in large slices

3-oz. Beer

1 cup water

2 small carrots, roughly chopped

1 small potato, chopped

½ head cabbage, cut into four pieces

Directions:

In the Ninja Foodi, place the garlic, onion, corned beef brisket, beer, and water. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Install pressure lid. Close Ninja Foodi, press the pressure button, choose high settings, and set time to 50 minutes.

Once done cooking, do a quick release. Open the lid and take out the meat. Shred the meat using fork and place it back into the Ninja Foodi.

Stir in the vegetables.

Install pressure lid. Close the lid and seal the vent and press the pressure button. Cook for another 10 minutes. Do quick release.
